Country Head, France
Isabelle leads BlackRock's French operations and is responsible for the firm's strategic direction, regulatory relationships, and senior client partnerships across the country. She brings over twenty years of experience in European asset management and has played a central role in expanding BlackRock's presence in France since joining the firm. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to client-first decision making and regulatory integrity.
Étienne Beaumont
Head of Institutional Sales
Étienne oversees BlackRock France's relationships with pension funds, insurance groups, and sovereign institutions, managing a team of senior relationship managers across the country. He has spent fifteen years advising institutional investors on multi-asset allocation, liability-driven investing, and ESG integration. His deep knowledge of French institutional frameworks allows him to deliver genuinely tailored solutions for complex client mandates.
Camille Rousseau
Head of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs
Camille ensures that all of BlackRock France's activities comply with French and European regulatory requirements, including AMF rules, MiFID II obligations, and SFDR disclosure standards. She works closely with portfolio management and distribution teams to embed regulatory best practice into daily operations. Camille also oversees the firm's complaints handling procedure and liaises with the AMF Mediator's office where required.
Nicolas Fontaine
Head of Wealth & Intermediary Distribution
Nicolas leads BlackRock France's distribution strategy for financial advisers, private banks, and digital wealth platforms, helping partners integrate BlackRock's fund range into client portfolios. He has extensive experience in ETF education and model portfolio construction, and regularly delivers training programmes for adviser networks across France. His focus is on building long-term distribution partnerships grounded in trust and shared client outcomes.
Aurélie Deschamps
ESG & Sustainable Investment Specialist
Aurélie advises clients and internal teams on sustainable investment integration, covering SFDR classifications, ESG data analysis, and impact reporting frameworks. She contributes to BlackRock France's Article 29 and PAI disclosures, ensuring they accurately reflect the firm's sustainability commitments. Aurélie is passionate about helping investors align their portfolios with long-term environmental and social objectives without compromising financial performance.
